The Barn bedroom is part of a conversion of a small barn and outbuildings where as many of the original features as possible have been retained . The access is independent of the main house and there is parking for one car on the drive.

It’s a lovely room with an antique Italian king-size bed, a shower room and a lobby with access from the courtyard. The entrance lobby has a mini-fridge with tea and coffee making facilities; the bedroom has an antique Italian king size bed; the shower room is tiled with natural stone. The bedroom and lobby have solid oak floors and all the rooms benefit from under-floor heating.

The Barn bedroom has a hair dryer, a smart TV and WIFI. It has a very comfortable king size bed with sprung mattress, goose down duvet and pillows, however pure wool duvet and pillows are available should you suffer allergies to feathers. All our bedlinen and bath towels are pure cotton from The White Company.

Body Shop toiletries are provided for your use. These are cruelty free and refilled/reused to help reduce waste.

Fresh organic milk will be found in the mini-fridge and croissants and jam or muesli is provided for breakfast in the Barn or at the cafe table outside when the weather is pleasant.

There are several cafes very nearby and more in the old town, who serve delicious breakfasts; The Lion’s Den and Ozzy’s Café are just 10 minutes walk away in Weyhill, whilst Olivers and Hemmingways are among a few, situated in the old High Street and all offer both indoor and outdoor seating.
